This letter is to inform you that your child may need immunizations for this upcoming school year. Immunizations or an exemption form, are required for your child to start on the first day of school.

Here is the information for sports physicals! Parents will need to fill out Final Forms for the 25-26 sports season and print out the physical exam paper from the forms section and bring that paper to either Wyandot Memorial or CHS!! #goblue
Youth Football sign ups!
Carey Little Blue Devil Basketball Camp for boys entering grades 3-6. Dates are July 9 - 11 from 4:00p - 6:30p. Cost for each camper is $25 which includes a shirt. Please send form and money to Coach Zack Bame at the address listed on the form.
